This site describes Bizloom's business management platform implementation services and lets you request a consultation. Content is provided for general informational purposes and doesn't constitute a binding quote until confirmed in writing.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — no attempts to disrupt service, scrape data at scale, or submit false information through our forms.
4. Engaging Bizloom's services
Submitting a form on this site is an inquiry, not a contract. Any implementation engagement is governed by a separate signed scope of work / agreement between you and Bizloom, which takes precedence over this page for that engagement.
5. Intellectual property
Site content, design and the Bizloom name and logo are owned by Bizloom. Software delivered under a signed engagement is licensed under the terms of that agreement, not this page.
6. Limitation of liability
The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Bizloom is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site evolves. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
